⚠️ Who Should NOT Use Grounding Sheets:

• Persons with pacemakers or other electrical implants - consult your doctor first
• Pregnant women - please consult your healthcare provider
• Children under 12 years - use only under adult supervision
• Anyone taking blood-thinning medication - consult your doctor first

⚠️ General Safety Warnings:

• Always verify proper grounding before use - we recommend using a socket tester (available separately)
• Do not use if the cable or sheet is damaged
• Keep cables organized to prevent tripping hazards
• Do not use near water or in damp conditions
• Unplug during thunderstorms
• Not a medical device - does not replace medical treatment

✅ Proper Usage Instructions:

1. Check Your Outlet: Ensure your electrical outlet is properly grounded (3-prong outlet)
2. Connect the Cable: Attach the grounding cable to your sheet and plug into the grounding port
3. Skin Contact: For best results, ensure direct skin contact with the sheet while sleeping
4. Regular Inspection: Check cable and sheet monthly for wear or damage

Care & Maintenance:

• Wash weekly in cold water with mild detergent
• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Do not iron
